 The always witty Vince Gill and the
reliably wry Lyle Lovett have teamed up for a
series of late January concerts that will take
them down the East Coast from Pennsylvania to
South Carolina. These will be intimate solo and
duo performances, during which the artists will
serve as their own accompanists. Both performers
have reaped armfuls of Grammys and kindred
laurels for their musical versatility and
memory-engraving songwriting.
Under the banner “Vince Gill and Lyle
Lovett: Songs and Stories,” the two friends
will launch the exclusive four-day run on
Tuesday, Jan. 27, at the Keswick Theater in
Glenside, PA. Additional dates are Bergen
Performing Arts Center in Englewood, NJ on
Wednesday, Jan. 28, Chrysler Hall in Norfolk, VA,
on Thursday, Jan. 29 and North Charleston
