Auditorium, where he was the first Spanish artist
to sing country music. He was intro-duced by late
producer and steel guitar player Pete Drake. He
quickly fell in love with Nashville and decided
to stay. His first recording was in early
60s with Jordanaires, engineered by Jim
Malloy at RCA studio B.
