Alex Ivanov, who is
quickly gaining international
recognition as one of the most
promising musical talents to
shred a fret board will be
performing at the first Orlando
Calling Music Festival, in and
around the Citrus Bowl in
Orlando, FL Nov. 12th Nov.
13th. Ivanov is scheduled to
perform on Sunday, Nov. 13th at
3:30 pm on Stage 5. Loretta
Ivanov will be accompanying him
on keyboards.
From numerous entries, Alex
Ivanov was selected to perform at
this major concert festival with
top notch headlining acts
including Bob Seger & the
Silver Bullet Band, Kidd Rock,
Killers, Raconteurs, Pixies,
Blake Shelton as well as numerous
other bands and artists (see list
below).
At just 16 years old, Alex has
performed as a special guest with
the Marshall Tucker Band; Phil
Stokes of Pure Prairie League,
Artimus Pyle former member of
Lynyrd Skynyrd; Harry Hall with
Count Basie Orchestra and Dan
Toler of the Allman Brothers
Band.
Expect the unexpected when Alex
straps on his custom made Diablo
Pro X guitar, an incentive from
Framus Guitars, as this young gun
is proficient in many genres from
Rock to Blues, jazz and even
heavy metal. Playing since the
age of nine, Alex first began
performing at 14, wowing the
audiences at Daytona
International Speedway, Leesburg
and Daytona Bike Weeks and in his
hometown of Orlando, Florida at
the Orange County Convention
Center.
Ivanov has played on many
occasions for Biketoberfest and
Bike Week in Daytona Beach,
Florida, B.F.F.A.R., Dog Pond
Saloon in Bunnell, Florida,
Baldwin Pub (Blues - Orlando),
Ratts Hole and The
Budweiser Stage in Leesburg,
Florida (Biker Week). He has
played at the Daytona 500,
International Speedway inside the
race track (two shows
2010) and performed at the Amway
Arena in Orlando for 12,000
people. In 2008, he also played
at the International Kids Expo at
the Orange County Convention
Center and at the Winter Park Art
Festival.
Alex Ivanov has already earned

Born on March 22, 1995 in
Orlando, Florida , Alex Ivanov
started playing guitar at age of
9. He plays many different genres
of music and searches for any
outlet where he can play. A
versatile musician, Alex plays
plays rock and blues with his
band, The Alex Izanov
band, plays jazz in his HS
jazz band, and at home also
enjoys playing metal and
shredding licks for fun! He loves
music and one can always find him
sitting in his room, playing
guitar, searching for new sounds.
Currently Alex is writing and
recording his own music. As of
now he is finished with four
songs ("Cutting Edge",
"Judgement Hour",
"Girl with a String"
and "Mr. Chameleon")
and is now working on his fifth.
